We created Keto Fitness for two reasons:

1: to help fitness clubs and studios attract additional new members, being people who want to lose weight but have not considered enquiring at their local fitness centre, as the centre did not have a systemised weight loss program, and so the centre never marketed weight loss to their local community. 

2: to give fitness centres an expert program for their members that really delivers. 

We invite fitness managers to "think differently" about how to help people lose weight.  Instead of having to be or have a nutrition expert and charge for expensive one-on-one expert/client sessions, Keto Fitness is an expert system that's delivered mainly online and supported with one-on-many support by the centre team, who do not have to be experts.

In fact, we encourage the fitness and admin teams to do the program with their members.

Thinking Differently

Where many people have the belief that "Exercise leads to weight loss" we have found, that for those people carrying extra weight and not exercising, the reverse is true "Weight loss (via effective dietary change) leads to exercise."

You may have heard the statement "You can't out run a bad diet." We don't believe people should be made to feel guilty with the concept of a "bad diet". The reality is that they may be on the wrong diet (daily food choices) for their body, at this stage in their life, and those choices are manifesting in excess weight, and/or negative health conditions.

Keto Fitness helps them establish a healthy sustainable way of eating to optimise their weight and health. It is not a quick fix. It does rely mainly on fresh foods.
